While we’d love to enjoy our charming cottage year round, “real life” calls in another state and we’ve decided to share it with others. Located in historic downtown St. Augustine, close to the hustle and bustle, but nestled in a peaceful neighborhood called Lincolnville, this vacation rental is waiting for your arrival! Walk or bike to the fantastic attractions St. Augustine offers. For those who enjoy dining out, we are close to several lovely restaurants in the Lincolnville neighborhood. This charming 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage provides our guests a retreat with a true neighborhood feel. With an open concept kitchen and living area, the cottage offers an airy and inviting space great for relaxing with family and friends. There is plenty of storage space as each room has a closet and dresser and guests will find a spacious king sized bed in the master, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen size bed in the third bedroom. Full-sized washer and dryer are provided as well. Families traveling with little ones will find a pack and play and high chair stored in the closet of the master bedroom. When not sightseeing or shopping in town, relax outdoors either on the front porch or on the private back patio where guests can grill and dine al fresco, or just kick back with a book. For those who enjoy swimming there is a neighborhood pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) located just down the street from the cottage as well as a playground, basketball courts and walking paths. The beachy décor created such a warm, inviting atmosphere. The bedrooms were adorable and included thoughtful touches like Kleenex on the bedside tables. There were plenty of cozy blankets for the cooler nights. The queen bed was very comfortable, and while the king bed was a bit firm, it actually worked well for the couple in our group who prefer extra support due to back issues.
