Start your mornings with the soothing sound of ocean waves in this stunning 3rd-floor ocean-view condo at Seaside at Anastasia. Newly furnished and equipped with top-of-the-line amenities, it's the perfect spot to enjoy St. Augustine and the beach.

The condo features an elevator, flat-screen HD TV, DVD player, stereo, WiFi, and a beautiful pool. The spacious layout includes a family room and dining area, offering plenty of room to unwind.

Step out onto the private tiled balcony to take in breathtaking views of the lake, ocean, and heated pool. The master bedroom is a tropical retreat with a King bed, and the newly remodeled master bathroom boasts a relaxing walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, while the third bedroom offers a cozy queen bed.

You'll love every moment of your stay here and won't want to leave! Everything you need is provided—just bring your clothes and settle in. Located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, this gated complex features a heated pool, onsite gym access, and excellent beach access via Pier Park. Enjoy activities like volleyball, bocce ball, fishing, surfing, sunbathing, and a splash park. On Wednesdays, the pier hosts a Farmer's Market and an evening Music by the Sea Concert. Local shops and restaurants are just a short stroll away.

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January.
Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheatre within three miles and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.

Absolutely Delightful

Right across from the street and a great beachside parking area and park with activities on various days of the week. Condo is beautiful three bedrooms 2 full bathrooms and grounds are well kept. We will stay again!

great location well equipped

This is our 2nd time staying in the complex. We love the location, you do have to cross a busy road to get to the beach, however the condo condition makes it worth staying. Both times the condo has been equipped with way more than you expect as far as the kitchen, tons of beach toys, beach towels, and chairs. I only wish this unit had a screened balcony, however the rest was great.

Family reunion

This property was ideal for meeting with our family from St. Augustine. Spacious, clean and an ideal location with a great pool and 5 minute walk to the beach. Great for kids and adults. The hosts were very attentive and what I really loved was that the condo was Fully Stocked! Nothing Was missing for a great time with family- family meals- games and just relaxing! Plenty of linens- dishes and beach accessories ! Just great. We will absolutely book this again next time we come to see our family!

Everything just as described. The unit was clean and spacious with a great view. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans and utensils also well stocked with towels and linens. Within walking distance to several great restaurants and just a short drive to old town. Would definitely rent again.

Loved Seaside At Anastasia

Super place to stay. Quiet and peaceful yet so close to the beach and restaurants. Layout of unit was convenient. Well stocked with everything you need, just as advertised. Newly renovated main bath with walk-in shower was greatly appreciated, especially since I was in a walking boot. Would certainly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the St. Augustine Beach area.

Great location, unreasonable rules

We were very happy with the property and location. It has everything you need. Unfortunately having 4 kids under 8 made for angry neighbors who claimed the kids were running and jumping. We did our best to constantly remind them to be quiet especially in the morning and at night. Our efforts didn't appear to be enough so we did our best to not spend much time in the location overall. Very frustrating.

First Visit to St. Augustine

This property is beautiful. Love the location and the view from the condo. Our adult sons stayed with us, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was well stocked, with about anything you would need. The beds were so comfortable, and so nice to have a TV in every room. Would definitely stay again if we come back to St. Augustine.

Spring break trip.

Overall this is a great property in the most perfect location and within walking distance to so many great restaurants, snack places and fun family spots like the pier. The beach is literally directly across the street and offers a family everything they could want or need including a water park for the kids. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be returning on the next annual St. Augustine trip. The only issue we had was that 1 of the TVs was broken and we were told they would come take a look but nobody ever showed or followed up.

Perfect Place to Stay in St. Augustine

The property is exactly as described in the listing and in the other 5 star recommendations from previous guests. Spacious, well maintained and clean. So full of all of the apartment accoutrements that you might want to find in an apartment of this type. You really only need to bring your clothes and toiletries. I would pass on to other parents coming with younger children that the apartment is well stocked with many of the beach and pool toys that kids love to play with. There are loads of towels and a beach mat as well. The location is so close to the beach, an easy stroll, and the heated pool is wonderful at this time of year. The apartment is within easy driving distance to all the main attractions and restaurants in St. Augustine. I felt we were really blessed to find this location when we finally decided in late January that it might be safe to resume air travel after two years of Covid lockdown.

a very nice condo

My daughter and I had only 1 complaint and that was when after a long day at a funeral, we were locked out of the gate at 10:30 PM. Our gate code just didn't work. It took 3 phone calls and 2 messages to get someone on the phone on the emergency line. It was 11:30 before we finally were able to get in.

Wonderful getaway

The place was very clean and well stocked with essentials (towels, appliance, dishes/ utensils, detergents, etc). Beds were extremely comfortable. Great location and nice community. Across the street from the beach and 5-10 minute trip to downtown. The only negative is the WiFi was not usable (so everyone had to use data plan for the week). Overall the place was great and had a great week away.

Perfect Beach Stay

We had a great stay at this property. It was us and 2 teen boys, so the 3 bedrooms were a big plus. Very clean and we'll kept. Quick walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. We appreciated the tons of beach towels and beach toys, etc. No need to travel with beach needs. TV in each room also a nice plus. Balcony was a perfect place for coffee or cocktails. Nice and quiet complex. Pool is not huge, but was clean and heated. We would definitely stay again.

Great beach house

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and there were many small amenities that made our stay so comfortable (coffee filters, garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc). The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was excellent for our children! Our kids also really enjoyed the water feature on the property. The balcony has a great view and lots of seating, I highly recommend this condo.

If we had know in elevator I had a time it would’ve been nice since this condo was on the third floor it was only after we called about the difficulty that we had with the television system and we found out that there was an elevator. As we both were over seven days this was a bit of a hardship on us to get all of our possessions into the condo. The condo is lovely the property manager responded right away with our difficulty with the TV. The sunrises are beautiful the closest to the beach was great. It was a beautiful condo.
