« I booked this place for two top reasons; The fact it was out in the country with a river view And because it had a hot tub on the deck I was disheartened that the hot tub was not functioning. I reached out to the property owner( right next door) and she said she knew nothing about the hot tub, but her husband did. I then reached out to the property manager- left a message and sent a text- never got a reply. I loved the done house itself. And the view was amazing!!! »

« My family and I stayed in this home for 2 nights. The home was clean, but in need of repair; there several places in the home where upkeep had not been done (walls were patched but not painted, primary bedroom door jam was loose, etc.). The pictures do not indicate that there are only 2 chairs (and a bench) in the living room and no dining room table. For a home that sleeps 6, there was not adequate seating or a place to sit and eat other than the outside patio (that had not been cleaned)....

« We were 5 adults who stayed 5 nights at the 5th street house. The house was very clean and recently remodeled. It had all new high end appliances: range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, tvs. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans as well as seasonings, coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, ziploc bags, aluminum foil, paper towels, etc. The house also supplied Tide pods, toilet paper, hand soap, and one hair dryer. « This is a delightful place to stay. It is a very comfortable and cozy house to stay at. The beds and pillows were excellent, the heating/cooling unit worked well, and it was a very well stocked kitchen. It is a roomy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a very walkable neighborhood. The best part might be having Sweet Life Patisserie just a block down the alley. »

« If you like unusual properties, this is the place for you. Kind of like “glamping”, the host anticipates your every need and provides all the comforts of home in a beautiful setting, indoors and out. The bedroom is a beautiful yurt with all kinds of hidden perks. The bathroom is in the main building that is accessed across a lush garden, complete with a quiet stream and a fragrant rose bush. It is an authentic Eugene experience. »

« The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, and is close to downtown. Supermarket is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants. The furniture is well set up and the kitchen is well equipped. We played board games that are available to guests. Definitely will come back again! »
