"Love the location – close to Wayzata and easily accessible to downtown Minneapolis and Lake Minnetonka communities. Thoughtful touches from the host from treats at arrival to toiletries in the bathrooms. Ample linens in the bedrooms and bathrooms and well-appointed laundry facilities. JJ and her team were very responsive and gracious when we connected with them and were reachable via text and phone. Would rent from Roxy Rentals again!"

"Beautiful charming home not far from the twin cities. We enjoyed a friend getaway and loved the neighborhood and area as well as the home. They had a welcome gift for us along with a mini bar filled with bottled water and seltzer waters. There was a full coffee bar with a Keurig and K-cups and a bowl full of individual snacks for us to enjoy. Great place!!! We’d definitely stay again!! "

"Overall, we had a good experience. Location is great. Beds were comfortable. The place could have used a bit of a deep cleaning, especially the floors. The outside area was fine but lots of spider webs. The main area needs more seating. We are a family of 4, with two younger kids, and we felt a bit cramped. Communication with the host was good and he responded quickly to any messages we sent. "
