This little up and coming neighborhood is right on the outskirts of Kendall Yards and offers many eclectic food and shopping options! The Space: This gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home is on the bottom level of a historic two story 4-plex. The home has been newly renovated with brand new flooring, kitchen appliances and carpet throughout. The tall ceilings and built in archways lend to its grand and spacious design. We take great pride in providing our guests with a space that truly feels like a home away from home. This can be seen and felt in the many thoughtful touches found throughout our home. We had a 3 night stay and was pleasantly surprised at check-in. The property is nicer than it looks in the pics. Easy check-in and out process. Everything was clean and comfortable. Parking was a breeze for the 2 vehicles in our group. There is currently construction next door but it didn't effect our stay at all. The kitchen had all the regular VRBO items like dishes but the extras like a few seasonings, coffee & creamer, plastic wrap and more was so nice to see! We did have an issue with our rental, but the owner was super responsive and fixed the issue right away, better than we had anticipated. Not recommended for anyone of more than small to medium body habitus.
