« Was dirt Pillows were old and tatty and we woke with neck ache Was only one cup that was cracked , no spoons to make a drink , towel was tiny more of a hand towel Bed had bits in and stain on quilt cover Set of drawers had screws sticking out and no handles The place was noisy and has drug gas calendars outside the front door There was constant banging from upstairs We didn’t sleep . There was no microwave Wouldn’t stay ever again and put me of the Experian website We only used...

« I paid £26 for the night, and felt like I overpaid. Advertisement pictures are false. Maybe that room looked like this, once. Not any more. Stains on the walls, stank of cigarettes. Bed looked like it's been slept in already. No towels provided. There was a kettle and some tea in the room, but no cups to make it in. Shared toilet and bathroom, dirty, no soap, no shampoo. Tried to raise issues with the property, but there was no answer on the phone number provided, and no reply via messages on...

« Check-in is after 5pm...extremely late while other hotels Re much earliee. I was only given the code almost at the time for Check-in. No communication if needed. »

« Bonne situation. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses clients :-) Très bon petit déjeuner anglais. Dommage que la connexion wifi n'était pas top après un moment. »

« No one invade your privacy and it has an access way to the high street, thanks for hosting me »

« Horrible room, dirt and grime everywhere. Sticky floor. Bed clearly just remade after previous guests or squatters, black hairs and pubes. Bed cushion had ominous stains! Slept fully clothed! No WiFi code despite being the selling point and even requesting it. Was told to let them know if arriving after 9pm or they couldn’t help with anything, which I did, but no response to wifi question! Weird selection of a couple of old forks, bowls, mug and the kettle didn’t work and smelled like someone...

« First of all, there was no staff or anyone to welcome you. We reserved a room with a private bath, and when we arrived we had been assigned a different room with no private bathroom. The shared bathroom available was filthy and the linoleum was coming off the floor. The bedroom was dirty as well and the beds were like cots, horrible mattresses. We tried to reach property owner with no avail. They never responded to any of our inquiries. Within 15 mins, we booked a room at local hotel and left...

« Horrendous. Oven was so dirty it couldn't be used. Room has one mug, one towel, one pillow - two of us staying. Dirty sponges left at the sink, clearly used multiple times. Bed was horrific, worst mattress I've ever slept on, very old, bed falling apart, not even a full size double. Husband and I are very average in size I had to try and sleep either end of the bed - didn't help due to the noise of other residents all night. Fridge not cleaned, food still in there from last person.Young men...

« Avoid this place! > We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived to check in, it turned out our room had been given to someone else. The host was completely unreachable and ignored all our calls and messages. We were left stranded without a place to sleep. Very unprofessional and unreliable. »

« We had a very stressful and disappointing experience. We arrived around 12:00 AM and were able to open the main entrance, but the room door would not open despite trying many times. We spent almost an hour trying to access the room and called for help, but there was no support available at all. As a result, we were left outside late at night and had no choice but to book a hotel at the last minute, which cost us a lot of money. This caused a lot of stress, inconvenience, and extra expense. The...
