With three bedrooms, the cottage comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and features two spacious living areas, both equipped with large flat-screen TVs and DVD players. Additional entertainment options include a radio and CD player, while the well-equipped kitchen comes with a microwave and BBQ for easy holiday meals. The elevated rear deck and family room are perfectly positioned to capture refreshing sea breezes and offer a serene spot to enjoy stunning sunsets over Yarrahapinni Mountain. The fully fenced rear yard is ideal for kids to play safely, and there's plenty of parking with a single garage and additional paved space for another car or a boat. Pet-friendly for one small outside dog, this cottage is ready to make your beach holiday unforgettable. Please Note: 'Seamist Cottage' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released. Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
