Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, condominium with the perfect location!

This ground-floor condo features open living areas, spacious bedrooms, new appliances, and even a washer and dryer! The complex has a great pool area for lounging in the backyard and is in close proximity to many restaurants, shops and entertainment venues here on South Padre Island!

Living Room

The living room features new tile floors, leather sofa and cushioned furniture that exudes casual tropical elegances. When the sun goes down, turn on the TV.

Dining

Enjoy great meals at contemporary dining table which sits 4 comfortably. For casual dining there are four bar stools by the kitchen.
Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features granite counter top, a smooth top stove, full size refrigerator with ice maker, toaster oven, glass blender, coffee maker, electric can opener, electric mixer, and non-stick pots and pans. The kitchen is open to the living room, and also to a dining area that features chairs for four.
Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a beautiful, comfortable mattress. cool tile floors, and tropical-colored linens make this room a wonderful retreat after a day at the beach. This room also features an LCD TV . There is master bath next to the master bed.

2nd Bedroom - Sleep 2

The second bedroom features a king size bed and tropical-inspired linens to create a festive retreat. This room has attached bath. This room also features a TV. There is plenty of storage space in this room.

3rd Bedroom - Sleeps 4-5

This bedroom was created with children in mind. A bunk bed features a plush full size mattress with designer furniture atop tiled floors.

Outdoor

Enjoy great outdoor in swimming pool. There are only 4 units in the complex so pool is not crowded. Balcony has a BBQ Grill.

Weekend Fun!

My family and I stayed for a weekend it was great! The one site pool was wonderful for the kids & just a 5min walk to the beach was perfect for us all! This condo was very spacious and provided everything we needed. Can wait to come back next summer!

Condo was very clean..from towels to linen to floors and bathrooms. I definitely recommend this place. Criss the property manager was very nice and will answer any questions you have super quickly. Hope to stay there again soon!

Quick beach trip!

This rental was amazing! The property is spacious and located perfectly right across from the beach. In addition the check in process was simple and straight forward. I would 100% recommend this rental for anyone looking for a south padre island getaway!!!

Family SPING BREAK Vacay 2022 on Campeche Rd

Me and my family enjoyed our Spring Break Vacation. We stayed for 6 nights and 5 days. We went to the Beach 4 days and stayed for hours! The Condo had all the accommodations we needed for our stay. The pool was well maintained, and their was a shower outside for when we came in from beach to rinse off. The beach access was about a 2 minute walk.

We loved the condo. It was an easy check in, management called us to make sure everything was good. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was a very short walk to the beach. No complaints from us. We would definetly stay again.
