This condo has a master bedroom with a queen and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a second full bathroom. The condo has a large balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views that come with a beachfront condo. Basic necessities are provided for a comfortable stay.

Paying for location only! Old & Dingy!
This place was a dump. Broken things and dingy things( the stove bottom draw was broken, couch was worn, the kitchen chairs paint peeled off when you touched it, smelled like mildew and just old and not maintained. Neither one of the toilets properly worked (one overflowed frequently and the other you had to stick your hand in the tank and stop it from running) , the shower ceiling in one bathroom was cracked and falling (this could be a lawsuit). Not one beach towel was available for use when it advertised they were. The price was outrageous for what you get. I know it’s beach front but I come to Padre all the time / this was last minute/ and not the best experience. I also think most places I rent, have an all purpose cleaner, floor mats of some kind for doorways and bathrooms and more than 2 trash bags / this may help keep the place cleaner.

Could have been better
The location is perfect with quick açcess to the beach. This place is old and could definitely use some updating. The cleaning service could be better too. We had sand in our bedsheets. The oven is old and the bottom drawer hangs down crooked. The window shades are broken in the living room. We got locked out of one of the bathrooms the first day. The sink in the kitchen was clogged and the disposal didn't work. It took 4 days to get it fixed. The dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes very well and most of the dishes had food debris on them. If we were to come back to South Padre Island we would find a nicer place to stay, especially for the price we paid to stay there. The owner did not respond to my emails and phone messages in a timely manner.

The view was perfect! The balcony was very nice! The condo needed remodeled. The one shower couldn't be used because the temperature control didn't work and there was a hole in the ceiling. Multiple things were broken, lamp didn't work, blinds in living room didn't work, couch had chunks falling off of it that stuck to you when you sat down. You had to have your room key to get out of the pool area, seems like a safety issue. Parking was not easy for larger vehicles. When you pay that much money for a weeks stay, I expect nothing to be broken. If we come back to SPI, we would not stay there again.

You’re for sure are paying for the location and the balcony!! I would encourage you to fix your fridge it leaks water! Also some updating would be great for the price! Overall it was great, thank you!

Awesome Vacation
Took the grandkids for a short beach getaway and we had a blast. The condo is a little small and no washer and dryer but was nice and the owner was very responsive and the employees in the office were great. Location is great and the pool being on the 3rd floor rooftop made it perfect to watch the grandkids and still enjoy watching the ocean and hear the waves. Several shops and eating places within walking distance and beach was nice but not overly crowded.

Condo was clean and the location is really awesome. The condos are right on the beach and the patios are huge. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cucondo/very old complex
The condo was adorable and had all the amenities we needed, the complex though was very old and needs lots of repairs and the elevator was out the first day and a half of our stay, and we were on the 6th floor so it was a very inconvenient! Also, there’s no bbq pits or areas to bbq since you cannot bbq on the balcony due to fire hazards.
