She was a little confused at first with which guest I was but figured it out eventually. "Everything was really good overall, and I enjoyed my stay. However, I would appreciate it if the hotel could provide a wider range of TV channels, particularly Sky and sports channels.
For such a large property, it was surprising that there were no Sky channels available and only a few basic TV channels. Many guests enjoy watching live sports, and the hotel welcomes travellers from a wide range of backgrounds, including Indian, Chinese, and other ethnic communities, who may appreciate having more diverse entertainment options.
I would strongly recommend that the hotel consider adding Sky and other sports and international channels to better accommodate its guests.

"The rooms were very clean and tidy with amazing views the only downside of the stay was that the bar staff are very slow and bar and meal prices are high compared to the other places on the island ."
"Great hotel with great staff but I can't give it 5 stars for 2 reasons
1. The biggest by far is there is no beach to swim on. If you want to go into the ocean higher than your waste to swim you basically have to go around all the cabins in stilts. 2. Is their 'king' bed is 2 single beds pushed together which is less of an issue but still should not have been in a 4 star hotel"
"Staff was amazing as soon as we landed. Porters/Bell Hops were awesome, we had a lot of luggage and they took great care of us and were extremely kind. Front Desk were all awesome too, they handled all of our requests with kindness and care. Would stay here again upon the next visit to Tahiti"
"This is a delightful little hotel located directly across the street from the Ferry building and walkable to many places in Papeete.
Our room was comfortable and large (there are smaller “cabin rooms.”) Very clean, comfortable bed and large bathroom and shower.
There is a cafe attached to the hotel. It has good food and coffee drinks.
