« Booked online so wouldn’t refund. I slept in my car!! Bed bugs streaks on the box spring. Had not been vacuumed. People hanging out of windows when I went to park. Took forever for the person to come check me in. No hand soap in the bathroom but there small packs of shampoo that I had to use. I was afraid my small dogs were going to eat something bad off the floor. Garbage in the halls and place smelled of cig. Smoke. They do have a pool not being used but they use it for storage of a bike and...

« Room was clean on check in but was not cleaned during the stay- didnt have very much interaction with any staff other than check in and out- he was friendly. Pool was nice(water could have been warmer) the room was nice enough , not the most comfortable bed or couch but overall fine »

« The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. »

« Breakfast area is beautiful- but not well stocked because they said they are going through a change of management. Lock was broken on our door, toilet was wobbly, tp holder fell on floor.... the list goes on. »

« The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. We had to leave early, before the normal coffee time so they made a pot at 2 am for us. The hotel is located behind a truck stop but the door is is locked and you need a key to get pay the checkin area. We liked the extra security. »

« I was there for 12 days only changed sheets once and I had to ask 3 days in a row before it got done . Like I said I was there 12 days and needed one more day and they charged me over a 100 dollars more than I paid for each single day . Only thing good was the breakfast. Health department had pool and spa shut down for a couple days. I am not a satisfied customer 😒!!!! »
