"Das Haus und das Grundstück nützt leider ihr Potenzial nicht aus. Außenanlagen/Garten nicht gepflegt aber funktional. Bei einer 10 Betten Unterkunft nur 2 Kaffeetassen vorhanden. Die Türen in beiden Bädern lassen sich nicht absperren (Türstock ausgebrochen). Der Wasserhahn der Küchenspüle war defekt was aber von der Hausverwaltung innerhalb 36 Std. repariert wurde. Handtücher / Bettzeug sauber und vorhanden. Wissen muss man das der Ort über eine ca. 3km Serpentinenstraße zu erreichen ist....

"We are group of seven 56 year old friends who go abroad every year . The property was as described and very clean ..we particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace . The host ( Lucia ) was superb… meeting the first party to check in .The deposit was returned after the holiday promptly.We scored the property full marks but the location was about 50 minutes walk from the ‘old’ town so on location we scored it 4/5 .Loved Palma and will return !!"

"We booked Sa Raconada through Homerti. Appart from a small issue with a link for credit card payments, that was sorted by the Homerti staff very quickly, the whole process was very smooth. Customer service was superb, we also booked a hire car and found this service to be, the best experience of hiring a car we had ever had. We most certainly will use both services again. The system for carhire has got to be the way forward. Links via WhatsApp and 'automagically' opening cars. Just great, 40...

"El salón está muy bien, y la casa en general está bien equipada y ubicada. Pero dos de las habitaciones tenían unas goteras terribles, una de las camas quedó empapada. Además algunas de las sabanas que dejaron estaban manchadas de lo que parecían gotas de sangre. Algunas almohadas no tenían cobertor, y no había muchas toallas (aunque las pedimos y nos las trajeron) Evidentemente esto hizo la estancia mucho peor. "Stayed for 5 days at Hotel Aubamar Bali and nothing could be faulted. The facilities at the hotel are perfect, with plenty of sunbeds by the pool areas. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a variety of different foods to cater to individual needs. While the surrounding area of this hotel is loud, this could not be heard from the hotel and it felt very private and secluded. Taxis were 15 minutes into palma which was perfect. Overall an amazing stay and I couldn’t recommend more, thank you so much! "

"just had a fantastic 4 night stay here, with the all-inclusive package. The food was excellent, and we never had to queue too long to get drinks. The pool area is beautiful and we never had any issue getting a sun lounger in the mornings. We used the free shuttle bus to Palmanova too which was great. The rooms are comfortable with an excellent shower."
