« The property is exactly as pictured. The bathroom is beautiful. It was a very hot and humid night and the air conditioner kept us cool and comfortable. The only 1 suggestion for improvement- we reserved the room for 4 guests and were given 2 towels. Everything else was very nice. »

« Excellent home. Well stocked. Nice linens, towels, beach towels. Front porch is lovely. You can walk to the restaurants and bars. The only thing that would have made our stay better is if there had been a gas grill. There's a charcoal grill, but it is small and we were cooking for 8 friends. Thanks. »

It is located in the walking distance to all restaurants, the Sodus Point beach and only 20-minute drive to Chimney Bluffs. Matthew was very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend it. »
