« It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. »

« The hotel is located near the ski lift, which is very convenient. You can also rent your ski gear from the hotel. The continental breakfast is very good. However, the hotel is really outdated and dirty. The common areas were full of live and dead bugs, and the wifi was not accessible in the room. The room was clean though, but some bugs made their way to the room. There is only one restaurant in the town. It is a 12 minute walk from the hôtel and it closes early (6pm). Cash payment only. « Super friendly staff and very helpful with providing information. The room is decent nothing outstanding, so is the public bath in the basement. But this place is quite convenient to an izakaya just few minutes away foot and also a local small onsen. The staff made this place worth it. »

« Incredibly clean and hygienic place, I’ve stayed there before and loved it! Super close to the ski resort, onsen visit is included, they have storage for your ski/ snowboard equipment as well as free laundry. The showers are amazing as well as the room heaters. I love staying here and I will be returning next year :) might just be an annual trip! They also have a great kitchen setup, along with Beer on draft! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!! 😊 »

« No checkin staff, had to find cleaner and she didnt speak english or japanese,. Beds where 2 flat futons, heating doesnt start till 5pm, it was freezing in the building, internet doesnt work and towel was very small and thin, not for drying bigger bodies,had to go buy some towels kitchen is small microwave not as pictured, just 2 very thin futons,no heating »
