« Set on a working farm in beautiful countryside with far reaching views. The property was lovely & clean & contained everything needed for a relaxing stay. A very comfortable bed, a lovely shower with plenty of hot water & the property was lovely & warm. There was plenty if onsite parking.
Whilst we didn’t need to contact the hosts we knew they were close should we have need them. Lovely welcome pack on arrival.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will certainly return if we visit this area in the...

« A true gem in the heart of Keswick! The property felt like home from home, but with the luxury and convenience you would expect from a holiday rental. There is free onsite parking, check-in is easy (the hosts actually contacted us on the day to say we could check-in earlier if we wanted to), and communication with the host was quick and helpful. We travelled with our two year old and the property had plenty of space for her to run round in, as well as toddler cutlery/plates, a high chair, travel...

« Pros:
The house has everything we need! The host even prepared ice cubes and a bottle of milk for us. The house is very clean and tidy and spacious with three bedrooms available to sleep 6. It has all the amenities including dishwasher tablets, all cleaning stuff as well as all kitchen stuff. The host even had drawing books for kids. It is so comfortable sitting in the living room area enjoying the balcony view of a large grassland.
Cons:
Check-in instruction is not exactly clear that where to...

« Lovely cottage with all the amenities that we required. Situated in a quiet village within close proximity of Penrith.
Nice welcome box with tea, coffee etc and even treats for the dog.
Good offroad parking at the back of the cottage and an enclosed front garden.
Stayed for a week, excellent location for exploring Hadrians wall, lake district and yorkshire dales.
