Bright luxury apartment in the center of Sitges, with capacity for two people, beautiful views, communal pool.

This recently renovated apartment is located on the eighth floor from where you can see the sea and practically the entire city.

With an open kitchen with a bar and fully equipped (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kitchenware, washing machine, refrigerator...), you can see the sea from the comfortable sofa in the living room.

The bedroom is very spacious and bright with a king-size double bed, and there is also a dressing room at the entrance. The bathroom, with a shower, is completely renovated.

It has air conditioning and internet connection.

Very close to the center, the shopping and restaurant area, and 10 minutes walk from the beach.

Arrival information:

* Tourist taxes required by the City Council must be paid.

Sitges (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | under 18 years old)

16 years old do not pay)

* Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm

* For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30

* For check-ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

* A deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival and must be paid by credit card.

Output information:

* Check out time is 11am

* Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.

* Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or place

visible, never in the lock.

Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
