Peut être le fait d'avoir réservé via l'intermédiaire du site hôtels.com) une bouteille vide sous le lit, le sol mal nettoyé des peluches partout, des cheveux dans mes draps..... Literie hors d'âge ... Une fête jusqu'à 23h30 avec musique à tue-tête ! Hammam HS, aucun jet ne fonctionne dans la piscine , douches piscines HS .... Après information de la réception de ces désagréments aucune...
