« The property description was completely misrepresented. We pulled in to the property and there were homeless people on the property with their belongings. The only people staying there seemed to be long term stays with junk everywhere. Much of the furniture had been pulled outside of the rooms and many people sitting outside were very unsavory. We immediately left and booked a hotel down the street. It was awful and we did not feel safe even driving through the parking lot. »

« Ten years ago, Extended Stay America was a very decent place for an extended stay. I knew better than to book this room, but I had been driving all day, and I just wanted a place to tune in to watch my college football team play. I thought, "How bad can it be?" The lobby was not well kept up but I had already make my reservation online, so I was stuck. Hallway to my room was filthy. My room was dirty, the blinds would not pull down so I could block out the sun, and I could not access the...
