Welcome to La Siesta 103! Newly renovated and completely furnished with an upscale beachy vibe. Enjoy your favorite beverage on your private screened in lanai or walk out the ground floor unit and take 200 steps to the white crystal sands of the #1 Beach- Siesta Key! Our unit is located directly across from the beach and comes furnished with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach and pool towels just bring your bathing suits. Bedroom features a King bed with a cool memory foam mattress by Nectar for a great night’s sleep, walk in closet with three clothes bars, large wall mounted TV and nightstand lamps equipped with USB ports to charge your phone. Unit includes queen convertible couch with upgraded mattress. High speed Wi-Fi and cable are included for those taking a break from the sun and fun. Enjoy watching your favorite shows or sports on the 65” smart TV in the living room. Spacious custom kitchen with new appliances and Keurig coffee maker. La Siesta is conveniently located within walking distance to village of Siesta Key or hop on the free trolly to go to Turtle beach or the Village.

Location was awesome, just steps to the beautiful white sandy Siesta Beach. Shopping and restaurants in Siesta Key Village is only 5 min drive! Condo was clean and comfortable. We had a great week and would stay there again!

We had an amazing time at La Siesta! Convenient location right across from the public beach, pool was clean and all of the tenants were welcoming and friendly, and the office staff were very helpful. The unit itself was clean, had all the amenities needed, and decorated with such a cute beach theme! We felt so comfortable eating out on the lanai, cooking in the kitchen, or watching TV on the couch. We will definitely recommend this place to others and stay here again if we visit Siesta Key in the near future.

Great Place to Stay!

We loved our time at the condo! This complex has the perfect location for the public beach! It was nice, comfortable, and updated. It had two beach chairs, other beach toys/towels, and a styrofoam cooler in case you needed it for the beach. We had 5 other families staying in condos in the same location and everyone liked our condo best. I highly recommend staying here.

great location

directly across the road from Siesta Key beach - the location is terrific. The condo is furnished nicely - comfortable. We used the kitchen for many meals as we prefer to go out a few evenings for dinner - and create the rest at the pleace.

The condo was setup well and perfect for the 2 of us. We enjoyed the convenience of being so close to the beach and the “village” area. We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday and relax. Would definitely come back again and recommend it to others.

Cute Condo

This was our second stay in the same rental condo. It is in a lovely spot just across from Siesta Key Beach. It is clean and well furnished. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that would have made it better was a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom to circulate air. That won’t stop us from staying again though. The property is quiet. The check in process was easy. The decor makes it feel like a lovely little beach cottage. We love this rental. It serves all of our needs perfectly. We will be back.

The condo was clean, nicely decorated, had all things we would need for week. Also supplied beach towels and beach chairs. Would of been nice to have a cooler but not a deal breaker, we actually bought a Styrofoam one to take to beach. . Easy walk to the best beach ever. Shuttle right out front as well. We really enjoyed this condo. Definitely would stay again.

Good property overall

The apartment is very spacious and well taken care of. It is located in front of the public parking, 5 min walk to the water. The complex pool was very clean and peaceful. The bathroom was our only problem, the bathtub was clogged, notified the person who manages it on Monday and no one came to fixed it during the entire week which was very upsetting. If this issue had been fixed our stayed would’ve much more pleasant and we would’ve come back, unfortunately the problem wasn’t fixed during the entire week.

The property was absolutely amazing. Right across the street from the main beach access which is very convenient when you have children. We stayed in condo number 103, which had everything we needed for a one week stay. I wish it had a washer and dryer inside the unit but they were easily accessible on the second floor. Overall I would stay again.

Lovely Beach Condo

This is a great property! We had a wonderful stay. The location provides easy access to Siesta Key Beach; it’s literally across the street from the pavilion. The complex is clean and quiet, and well maintained. We never heard anyone. Our condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The WiFi was good and the decor was cute. You can hear a bit of road traffic in the living room but we didn’t hear it in the bedroom. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Across the street from Siesta beach. Recommended!

We stayed at this property for a week. The property is clean and well-kept. Note that the coffee machine is a Keurig type. Bring your quarter coins to do laundry. Parking onsite is included for the duration of your stay. Washer and dryer are not in the unit but located on the second and third floor. The wifi in the unit has a decent speed. Also not that there is only 1 working beach chair. The rest of the chairs were broken/unusable. The appliances were newer and in good working condition. We enjoyed our stay very much.
