Premier local manager, Destination Paradise welcomes you “Sea Grape Cottage”… a beautifully renovated, nautical themed, 2 bedroom 2 bath vacation condo. Enjoy your morning coffee or vacation drink by the shared heated wading pool(3 1/2 feet deep). “Sea Grape Cottage” is JUST a 4 minute walk to the #1 beach in the USA. Equipped with spacious bedrooms: The first bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds with ensuite bathroom. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room. Brand new mattresses. This listing is for 1 of 2 condos, adjoined by a shared breezeway and pool. The listing for the other condo is “Cabbage Palm Cottage”. The listing for “Royal Palm Retreat” combines these condos for a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. New wall mounted TVs throughout. Fully stocked kitchen. Brand new private heated wading pool (3 1/2 feet deep) with sun shelf and seating bench. “Sea Grape Cottage” accommodates up to 6 people. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart are provided at this property. Private parking for 2 cars. The lush tropical landscaping is illuminated at night creating a special experience and private porches and outdoor seating are provided for lounging and al fresco dining. Private washer and dryer on site. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temps are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75). PET POLICY: This home has a $15/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED. The big issue was the property manager. I told him there was debris by the front door and in the pool. He said he doesn't control the weather and the pool guy doesn't come until after we leave. He said I was unreasonable for wanting the place clean and told me I'd be better off staying somewhere else like a hotel. What happened to customer service? ##### Wayne B.
