This condo is a corner unit with one screened lanai--and two outdoor patios. One patio with 3 steps down to the grass.
New porcelain tile throughout, new kitchen with Kraft Maid wood cabinets, granite counters, new stainless steel appliances, new sink and new tile back splash. Besides the 2 bedrooms, living room, and dining room there is also a den/bedroom/bonus room --this room can be used many different ways. Master has 1 king bed; the guest bedroom has 2 full beds and 1 queen murphy bed. There is a washer and dryer in this unit.

Ground floor location has easy access the fitness center and saunas, swimming pool, lighted tennis courts, boat slips with access to the inter-coastal, fishing pier, kayak and canoe storage, community room with large flat screen TV and piano and out door barbecues. Located just minutes from the public beach and the Village--this does not get any better!

Just what we needed

We spent 2 weeks here. Good size for our family who was doing distance learning and working. Great pool! Really not walking distance to beach but a short drive and many options to get there. The sand in Siesta key is amazing but hard to keep up with in the property and wash (no fault to the renters of course). Great value.
