"Clean, perfect location for majority of what we had planned. Great rooms and service, minus one of the bartenders had very poor service but the rest of the staff made up for it and were extremely welcoming and friendly"

"The hotel was good and the location was great. It was close to the link rail and all the downtown attractions are within walking distance. The guy that checked us in around 6pm didn’t give us much info and we had no view whatsoever. In the morning, there was a different guy at the counter and I overheard him check in another guest and he was very informative and helpful. I told him that the guy who checked us in last night just gave us our room key card without any info about the amenities. "

"Very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean and roomy. Located close to all the attractions. Catching the monorail to see Space Needle was nearby. Train to airport was close as well… saved lots of money on Uber!"

"The location is ideal and they have a restaurant downstairs that has good food and ambiance. However, the plumbing was horrible and it makes it feel like the toilet was dirty. We didn’t have any views because the windows were blocked off and there is this light that is still on at night so the room is not pitch black. The light is over your head so annoying. There was a woman who was up front who didn’t look happy. I told her about the plumbing issues and she didn’t follow up with us. I would not stay here again. "

"Nice location near waterfront; 5th floor deck was best part about stay. Shower water was not hot enough and room was slow to heat up. My room had a lot of elevator noise which I wouldn't expect for the price."
