« I had a little trouble finding it at first (my fault), but everything was fine once I got in. It was like a secret hideaway right in the mix of Main Street. Well kept, well apportioned and very comfortable. We found perfect free weekend parking on Franklin Street, walked everywhere we needed to go and felt like we belonged. »

« My 4 adult boys and I stayed here for our trip to The Field of Dreams movie site. The property was wonderful. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed a nice evening around the fire pit and in the hot tub. Hire was awesome! Great communication before during and after (we left something in the dryer). Definitely recommend the property and I may come back to spend more time in the beautiful Galena downtown with my wife »

« The place was clean, laid out nicely, great size and overall beautiful and comfortable. We like to sit outside and have coffee or enjoy a drink in the evening and the property was on a busy street. That was our only drawback. You could not, however, hear the street noise while in the room. »

« Great location, super easy to walk anywhere in town. We were very cozy and we had everything we needed. Really appreciated how comfy the bed was and the nice quality towels. I don’t think it’s clearly stated on the listing that the parking is off-site though. It’s about a 5 minute walk- two streets over and down a block or so, and is up a hill/ stairs. Not a problem for us, but wish it would have been clearly stated in the listing. »
