« Easy check in, lovely accomodation and location.View from balcony, gardens and pool area were stunning (shame it was too windy & cold to use during our 2 days, despite it being heated!!)Facilities were very adequate, Wi-Fi good, we had own transport but public transport is frequent in the area.Hosts were very friendly.I have recommended to friends....although not too many as I would like to be able to book again!!! »

« When I booked the apartment I chose the one with a sea view however on arrival our accom was at the rear of the building. That said it did not detract from our stay. Would have liked some instruction booklets for the central heating and appliances but we muddled through. Also some brochures for attractions in the are would have been helpful. All in all we had a great time and we would book the Burlington again. »

Very convenient for a stay in Sheringham without a car as it is 2 minutes walk from the main train station and just across the road from the heritage steam railway. « Lack of linens and towels was my only issue. I flew in and had to arrange those items locally, at some considerable inconvenience. Also, there was barely enough toilet paper and paper towels, and the hand soap in the bathroom was empty. Besides that it was an overall excellent stay. »

"The team at reception and at the restaurant (dinner, breakfast) were professionals and very kind. There is a big issue with housekeeping : we stayed with a baby during 5 nights and we had to show we were upset: then they cleand our room ! In fact they never used the vacuum (but we asked for because the room was very dusty ) snd they made the befs only once in 5 nights !!!! 200 euro per night : the cleaning doesn’t deserve this money !!!!"
