This superb wooden chalet is Haut-Perché on more than 2 acres on the side of Mont Shefford. Nestled in a mature and peaceful forest, the large front terrace will allow you to savor the breathtaking view of Mont Orford and the surrounding area… and stunning sunrises.

The rear terrace is very forest and intimate while the outdoor fireplace makes you enjoy the fires of the sunset and a starry sky.

The Haut-Perché is withdrawn, bathed in light and nature but also very close to services and leisure. The Estriade bike path is less than 5 minutes away while the Bromont ski and mountain biking trails are only 10 minutes away.

Nevertheless, it is inside that the magic of this residence takes place. Huge windows and local materials will envelop you while opening you up to nature. At Haut-Perché, coffee tastes better at sunrise and wine breathes at sunset!

Hébergia wishes to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. In all Hébergia cottages, it is forbidden to hold parties that involve a number of people greater than the one authorized in the contract, or that generate an unreasonable level of noise. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction and additional costs of $500 for the inconvenience caused.

IMPORTANT: Only reservations of 32 nights or more are possible for this chalet. A reservation must not leave an unreserved space between 2 and 31 nights, otherwise the reservation may be refused.
