C'est vraiment dommage pour un hotel si beau mais les personnels demandant toujours de pourboire. Nous avons aimée la cuisine par contre les boissons sont très médiocres. C'est de la poudre mélangée avec de l'eau. Attention: Méfiez-vous des activités proposé par le service juste en face du restaurant principale, c'est de la pure arnaque. Tout le monde veut te vendre un service médiocre avec des prix fous surtout qu'ils savent que vous êtes de l'Europe.

Personnel très sympathique. Nous avons eu des problèmes de climatisation dans la chambre, qui se sont réglés finalement, mais il a fallu 2 jours pour qu'ils réagissent. Sinon l'hôtel est sympathique, les piscines et la plage sont parfaites. Le buffet est moyen, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de produits locaux. Dans l'ensemble, très bon séjour.

Je recommande si vous n'êtes pas trop exigeant !
Très bon hôtel, belles piscines dont une chauffée! Le cadre et l'infrastructure magnifique ! Personnel du restaurant peu avenant mais correct dans l'ensemble ! Chambre magnifique mais eviter les 7000 et ceux au dessus du bar PILILI. Taxi et mini-bus disponible à l'extérieur ! Et quelques magasins à l'extérieur de l'hôtel ! La restauration est digne d'un 3* mais ça reste mangeabe et varié dans l'ensemble ! 99% de clientèle RUSSE/UKRAINIENNE ! Jolie plage! L'hôtel est propre dans l'ensemble. Ils nettoyent continuellement !

Grounds were well kept and clean. Property was stunning, not tacky like some older hotels. Very aesthetic and modern. Food at buffet was great. Italian Al a carte restaurant wasn’t our favorite. Save time and just stick with the buffet. Went on 6 dives over the span of 3 days. Had a different instructor each time and they were all great. Staff was super accommodating and always offered a helping hand with anything we needed: Loved our experience here!

One of the best all in resorts in Sharm - the staff and flawless service is what makes this hotel special. The foods generally good, although more effort could be given in the a-la-cart restaurants. The coral reefs by the beach are amazing and entertainments are world class!

OTTIMA SCELTA Tutta la struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, dagli ambienti esterni alle camere. Il personale è molto cortese e cordiale. Cleopatra Luxury Resort is a very nice hotel to stay. The first impression was amazing. When we arrived at the hotel lobby, which was beautifully designed with fresh flowers, we felt the luxury. We were also satisfied with the check-in. It took a maximum of 15 minutes even with the transfer to the room. The hotel uses golf carts to transport guests. You don't have to walk anywhere. The gardens are beautiful, the infinity pool is top notch. The staff and bar tenders also the lifeguards are very nice and helpful, of course if you can appreciate their effort and you $, they will give you everything. The room was nice, had a good standard. The housekeeper in our section was very pleasant and always very helpful. Market buffet is ok, some staff are very nice and very friendly. For me, the food at the resort was good. There are not as many options as in other hotels we have stayed in before, but there was always a choice and the food was well prepared. A la carte restaurants did not suit us. Our kids like the Hippo kids klub, animators was friendly and kept eyes on them when we wanted to relax on sun. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your resort.

Our stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort was amazing. All staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We stayed at the hotel with the beach as opposed to the adult one. It was only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The facilities within the hotel were worth the fee we paid. The buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner had a variety of selections. The hotel itself was beautiful. Excursions werent far - we booked through the hotel and they were good value for money. Main attractions were within a 30 minute drive. Would recommend grabbing taxis from outside of the hotel as these were half the price. Overall an amaxing experience and would definitely come here again.

It was nice except for the lady in guest relation
Staffs and hotel are amazing but the lady at the guest relation was very rude.when we came hotel late midnight they put some breakfast in my room but when we opened the mini bar it was empty. We went to guest relation desk and asked the lady why is empty she said cause you are all inculisve and ıf you order we can put some drink inside mini bar. yes we knew we are all inculisve but maybe we want to drink something late at night in our room we want to pay money ıf ıts extra. But she didnt listen us and nobody put any drink to our minibar and her behaviour is very rude and terrible otherwise except this lady other staffs was very helpfull and amazing. Thank you

An excellent hotel. It has a seaside beach. The rooms and food are very clean. There are flavors very similar to Turkish dishes. Future Turkish friends should not have any reservations. The employees are friendly. We would like to thank Mr. NASR at the reception for his help. Mükemmel bir otel. Denize sıfır plajı vardır. Odalar ve yemekler çok temiz. Nice short stay
You pay for what you get. food Was ok, fresh, not a lot of variation. Kids club had limited activities for children and it wasn’t really Advertised you had to go look for it. Lovely pools, beautiful beach. Nice service, waiters great! Service at the pool fantastic. drinks Bought to the table. Nice cocktailsAnd local beer ok, wine not good! Check in took a very long time and it wasn’t busy at all. Although, free upgrade was very much appreciated!

Un ringraziamento speciale a Mohamed Sabri, in arte Luigi, che ti avrebbe portato un cocktail anche in cima alle piramidi. E infine nota di merito a Hassan pulito e discreto, ci ha sempre sistemato la camera con grande attenzione ai dettagli e altrettante gradite sorprese. Il cibo non è stato il top...ma con un po' di attenzione questo non scalfirà il ricordo di un esperienza

Resort was ok, the executive suites have not been refurbished, they are very old, damaged and tacky. We changed over to a junior suite even then not all that nice, the smaller rooms were better condition. Check in took 1.5 hours for some reason. Staff were very nice and friendly. The lady at the spa counter was very rude and unprofessional.

We have just returned from a two week stay at The Cleopatra Hotel. From the moment we stepped in the hotel, the customer service was outstanding. Every single staff member go the extra mile to ensure you have the best holiday. Our room was clean and spacious with cute towel art which amused our littles ones ( aged 5 and 3). We stayed in room 2110, our house keeper was amazing and the added extras he provided never went unnoticed. We spent most of our time at the activity pool. The lifeguards were so assertive and the pool bar staff were all incredible. Foam parties were a firm favourite. The family pool at the front of the hotel is always quiet, it has the inflatable assault course which proved so much fun for the children. The infinity pool is simply stunning and huge! Kids club was welcoming, Anna, was much loved by my two... mini disco which she led so enthusiastically each evening was a highlight of the day for our little girl. We enjoyed wonderful lunches at the beach bar looking out onto the sea. The staff at the Pilli Pilli bar were incredible - George and his team were all so attentive. Mina and Ahmed at the lobby bar were also shining examples, providing exceptional service. The food was to a very high standard, the a la carte restaurants were both utterly delicious. Special mention to Mr Eid in the restaurant who made sure our time at the Cleopatra was the best it could be. A true gentlemen who provides outstanding customer service.

We had a lovely holiday at this resort. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food in Fellinis was superb as was the beach grill restaurant bar. The only setback is you have to book Fellinis and the Red Sea wharf restaurants. Make sure you book as soon as you arrive otherwise you might not get the opportunity to eat in these places. The pools around the resort has something for everyone. The Red Sea is great for seeing a variety of fishes. I would recommend this resort if you are visiting Sharm Al Sheik.

This property is not 5-star and not a 4-star, as positioned in Expedia and Trip Advisor. 1st, there was a minor booking error on our side which resulted in an extra charge which was not resolved by Expedia. 2nd, the sea is not accessible from the beach as it has a shallow bottom with sharp corals/stones coated with slippery seaweed. 3rd, the food selections were plenty, but most of the food was oily or loaded with sugar; the “diet” table’s food was scary to touch; “free” drinks were not drinkable, and even water was supplied from large canisters of unknown origin; most of the food was dumped into the waste containers at the end of the meal hours. 4th, rooms had outdated facilities/furniture, even in the most expensive units. 5th few businesses on the site run in circles offering the same services again and again, which was annoying. The reception staff appeared disorganized and not cooperating; to meet the 4-star benchmark, all staff needs to be trained to understand how to behave and avoid showing their attitude. Overall, long way to improve to achieve the 4-star level.

Çocuğumuzla gittiğimiz en güzel otellerden biriydi. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olma heveslisiydi. Odalar temizdi. Yemekler yeterliydi.
