Once the guest has checked out our cleaning crew deep cleans the cabin and sanitizes with household disinfectants EPA registered the surfaces and or objects such as door handlers, remote controls, light switches etc., to minimize the risk of contamination -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UPDATE:
A 24KW GENERAC in home generator is fully operational should you lose power due to storm or any other situation this generator will kick in 12 seconds to power the entire home. Just installed in February 2023 is a brand new internet with the latest technology that provides high speed internet as well as the ability to enjoy cell service and streaming at the property, 6 brand new smart TV's.
Samsung stove and microwave, two new sofa bed mattresses, a brand new king size mattress and other miscellaneous items that were purchased in Nov/Feb 2022-23

Gorgeous luxurious family vacation cabin in the scenic Serenity Cove North Resort area. FIRST TIME IN A RENTAL PROGRAM, this beautiful cabin is located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, only 15 minutes either way. It sleeps maximum 10 people and offers lots of privacy, one queen size sofa bed located on the loft, an office nook with comfortable table and chair, six smart TV's plus additional entertainment, amazing views of the Smoky Mountains!, Open floor plan with a 1/2 bath in the main floor, three master bedrooms with king size beds, 3 master bathrooms with showers, one additional full bath in the playroom area, playroom with pool table, board games and a second queen size sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, total six (6) Smart TV from max 65" to 32", A band new high speed internet with the latest technology and cell service, ROKU and NFL Sunday Football ticket, wrap-around decks with rockers and chairs, 24W GENERAC generator to power the entire cabin should power goes off due to high winds or storms, outside gas grill and picnic area, fire pit, and a hot tub fitting 6 overlooking the great Smoky Mountains. Come and enjoy this cozy mountain home away from home and make your vacation a dream come true.

The property is amazing, exactly as the pictures showed. The views were breathtaking and the host was very supportive and helpful. The cabin is high in the mountains yet close to the action. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more. There were games and we certainly enjoyed the pool table.

We had an amazing stay in this gorgeous cabin. The views incredible. The host was so prompt to answer any questions we had. The driveway was a major plus. Plenty of special places in the home so that we could all have our own time alone comfortably.

Amazing Cabin, Amazing Host

Cabin was absolutely beautiful and kept us close to all the great activities the smokey mountains are known for while also being very secluded. The place was spotless, beds comfy, amenities perfect. The host was an amazing communicator and made the stay perfectly smooth. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone!

Central Location and enough room for us to unwind

We really enjoyed our stay in the Smokies. As first time visitors we were unsure of location and what to expect. Our family had no problem using map services to locate the cabin, directions were clear and simple for entering the cabin. My kids definitely enjoyed the pool table and games that were available upon arrival. We felt safe and enjoyed the views and amenities. Thanks for a nice family vacation spot.

Perfect Getaway

Everything you see in the listing is exactly what you’ll get. The location was close to town yet far enough in the mountains that you get the beautiful views. Hosts were very responsive both before and during our stay. We were so thankful to have a nice flat driveway to come and go from. We saw many that were on very steep slopes! Definitely happy we chose this spot for our first trip to the Smoky Mountains!

Great Family Get-Away

This is the perfect place for a retreat. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It offered both large spaces where all of us could gather for fun and quiet corners for good conversation or quiet personal time. We particularly loved the decks, with their comfortable seats and absolutely incredible view. The quality of the house was matched by the excellence of our host, who provided clear and helpful guidance up front and superlative support during our stay. She reached out to us when the area experienced a power outage to confirm the auxiliary generator was doing its job – that backup was just one more great thing about the place – and responded within minutes to any messages we sent. The only challenging thing we faced was the long, narrow driveway, which did not have any place to turn around – a small thing in an otherwise fantastic week at this beautiful place.

Great neighborhood. Spotless cabin. Communication with owner was excellent. Two minor issues were resolved in hours or less (same day). On clear day, can see highest peaks of GSMNP. We enjoyed our stay quite a bit!

Great cabin!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property for our family Spring Break trip. The cabin has gorgeous views on the mountains, was very clean, and was centrally located to all of the action! With just a short 10 minutes ride up the mountain, we got the best of both worlds in this location. Communication with the property owner was wonderful and we had everything we needed! We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect family vacation!

Our family was looking for a small holiday vacation and had an amazing stay. Not only did the property manger have great communication before our trip but through it as well. When arriving we had no problems accessing the property and was very pleased by the cleanliness inside. When visiting again we would definitely stay here.

Gorgeous, spacious, everything we needed!

We decided this year to bring the entire family, kids, spouses etc to TN for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was a very easy drive up to cabin with gorgeous views on the way, and from the cabin! Kitchen was fully stocked dish-wise with almost anything we needed. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal and did not have to buy any extra pans for anything! Our first night, there was a terrible wind storm and the pilot light of the fireplace went out. I contacted Maritza and she sent a maintenance person out immediately to get it fixed asap! So, very responsive to any needs we had. As mentioned in other reviews, the water pressure was slightly low, but nothing that would deter us from staying here again. My only minor complaint was there were some dusting issues in the window sills...some dead bugs had accumulated in a few...but other than that, it was a stellar place to spend our holiday week!

Heaven on a Mountaintop

Our stay at the Mountain Cat cabin was fantastic. The views were beautiful, the cabin was very roomy with each couple having their own space, and it was conveniently not a terrible drive to Pigeon Forge at all. It’s hard to find a cabin that doesn’t have a room with bunk beds and I was very happy to find this one! Each room having their own private entrances was very nice as well we definitely enjoyed our stay. Thanks again!

Tranquility

The Mountain Cat Resort was exactly what we were expecting. Totally stocked with mostly everything we needed. We chose to basically stay at the cabin instead of traveling the short distance to town. The cabin was so tranquil and the views were spectacular we did not want to leave. Maritza was very responsive when we had to reach out to her and she was VERY accommodating. Thank you! We will definitely stay again.

Great property!

We absolutely loved the cabin, location and views. It was well maintained, clean and comfortable. However, we would only stay there again if the water situation was fixed. The water had a horrible sewer smell, which made bathing, washing your hands, washing, laundry, and brushing your teeth extremely difficult. It was so pungent that it would fill the bedroom after a shower, or you would be gaged with a sewer smell while playing pool if you were washing towels. The smell didn’t linger on you afterwards, but it made anything to do with water extremely difficult. The owners assured us it was safe, but it definitely impacted the stay.

2023 Fall Weekend Celebration

Beautiful setting for celebrating our daughter's and grand-son's milestone birthdays! This home is as picturesque as shown on VRBO. We found the home and property very clean, well-appointed with kitchen appliances, and easy to access from Pigeon Forge/Dollywood yet very private. Above all, we loved watching the sun rise and set across the stunning mountain views from the home's spacious decks!

Smoky Mountain Paradise

Each year, my friends and I take a trip to visit a different national park. This cabin was one of our top favorite places to stay. The setting couldn’t be more perfect for experiencing the Smokey Mountains. Views from the deck are breathtaking! Every room was clean and immaculate. We had an amazing time and this place was perfect for our stay.
