HOUSE RULES

• Primary guest must be at least 23 years old.

• No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. A $2,000 cleaning and deodorizing fee will apply for violations.

• No pets permitted. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee and immediate removal without refund.

• A signed rental agreement and guest verification are required after booking.

• Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for guest safety.

• Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your vacation from weather, illness, or other unforeseen travel interruptions.

• Cancellations are subject to a processing fee equal to 3% of the reservation total or $75, whichever is greater.

House Rules – Please Review Before Booking

To ensure a great experience for all guests, please review the following rules before booking.

Minimum Age

The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be 23 years or older and must be present for the duration of the stay.

No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking or vaping inside the cabin is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $2,000 cleaning and deodorizing fee.

No Pets

Pets are not permitted in the cabin. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee and possible cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Travel Insurance Recommended

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unexpected events such as severe weather, power outages, illness, or travel delays.

Cancellation Processing Fee

All cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 3% or $75 (whichever is greater).

Rental Agreement Required

A signed rental agreement and guest verification are required after booking. The agreement will be sent shortly after your reservation is confirmed.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, missing items, or violations of house rules during their stay.
