"The hotel is very clean and in a safe location. The garage under the hotel was very convenient and easy to find. The front desk workers were polite and asked if they could make any recommendations for our stay. Our only complaints- We had called for a fan for the room which they said they had and it was never delivered. I would recommend having more than one bartender at night after ball games as we were waiting for over 15 minutes to get service and decided to go somewhere else. Other than that it is a nice hotel in a great location."

"The hotel was nice, but don’t expect the Valet Parking and Bellmen Crew to be attentive. We stood at the valet parking for 30 minutes and two staff with Blue Shirts that said Valet on the sleeve completely ignored us. Then when the Valet Suoervisor in the “The white shirt” finally showed up he said they were rude and ignored us because “they didn’t speak English”! He was kind and apologetic but by that time it was too late . As a person who once managed a hotel in a resort town, these are the small details that keep customers from returning . Train your staff and even if they don’t speak English make sure they don’t completely ignore your guest …it’s called hospitality for a reason !"

"Hotel Indigo was a great find! We were in Baltimore for a concert at the CFG arena and I selected Indigo as its easy walking to the arena. The room while a bit small was very nice - king bed, fridge, amazing bed that was super comfy, great shower. The renovation of this old YMCA building f was beautifully done. The small restaurant serves up good food and drinks. Don’t miss the crab cake Benedict."

"Fantastic location. Clean room with comfortable beds and powerful AC. Liked the history of the building. We were able to consistently get parking on the street near the hotel, which was great. The only real con was that we discovered upon reaching our room that we didn't have an exterior window--our two "windows" looked over the covered event area, which had pretty lights but was nonetheless an interior hallway, so no outside view. There were also a couple hiccups with the bathroom, one being that the glass shelf was falling down, and the other being that we were consistently given two towels even though we had four people on the reservation. But overall we were happy with our stay and appreciated being in a historic building in such a great location."
