Trim around the sink was laying on the floor and there was only 1 towel. The desk person was very rude and refused to answer the front deck bell or do anything to try and fix the heat. She argued with my husband that the heat just took time to warm up but it had been on for over 30 min. Fire Marshall needs to be called!"
