"This hotel is in the very heart of Belgrade. The area is close to a plethora of good restaurants, cafes, and shopping zone. The hotel has a significant history (which could be presented in a more engaging way). There is a sense of stile and dignity. Parking is close by, as are banks, and all kinds of public transportation (free in this city)."

"If you want to be in the heart of the old town and be in walking distance from most tourist spots, then this is the place to be. With the free bus service, you can easily get to every part of town. The food in the breakfast was excellent. The room was extravagantly furnished. Top notch throughout!!"

"We are well-seasoned travelers who have stayed in hotels across Eastern and Western Europe, Asia, and North America, and we booked this property because of its high ratings. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing close to what we expected. From the start, there were multiple maintenance and service issues that should never occur at a properly managed hotel. The most serious issue was our room door lock, which was not functioning properly and remained unresolved for two nights despite repeated reports to staff. We were essentially told not to worry because there was “lots of security nearby,” which is not an acceptable response when a guest room cannot be properly secured. The issue was only finally fixed after the owner personally became involved. The handheld shower fixture was also broken off the wall when we arrived. We reported it immediately, but it was not repaired until the second day, and only after we pushed the issue further. Even then, it was a temporary repair that failed a day later. The refrigerator in the room was not working as well. To their credit, this was replaced the same day we reported it. The final disappointment was housekeeping standards. Their written policy is that bed linens are changed every three nights, yet this was not done according to their own stated policy. When we brought it to staff’s attention, the response was simply, “Okay, we will change it tomorrow.” even though it was mid-day with housekeeping still on site. What frustrated us m"
