With a bus stop 2 minutes away and the subway just over 5 minutes, I made all my appointments early. There were coffee, tea and water available at all times in the lobby. The smell from someone smoking did irritate me as my lungs don't tolerate cigarette smoke well. They were kindly flexible with my check-in time. -There's a lot of restaurants, a big Lotte Mart grocery store and a Daiso (home items) nearby. Two metro stations nearby and buses. Clothes and other shopping you'd have to go towards central Seoul. -The hotel room was clean, some moldiness in the bathroom that I have had in all cheap Korean apartments. Aircon and TV worked, and remote control for TV-aircon-lights had English instructions. I used my own Wifi but there was a mediocre connection in the room also.
