« Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est assez proche du Parkway et nous y sommes allés à pieds. La chambre est très grande et donne sur la rivière. C’est calme et les lits sont confortables. Les parties communes mériteraient une rénovation. Le petit déjeuner est bien »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Pool was clean, breakfast was hot and had a variety of options, room was clean and we loved being able to walk straight to the strip. We also had a bear sighting! We will stay again! »

« Great place to stay in Gatlinburg. Having a balcony on the River was refreshing after shopping all day. Loved our stay. After this visit, we’ll always stay at Baymont by Windom on the River. »

« Rooms were cozy. If u like nature, definitely get stream/river side. You will see a lot of wildlife! Especially bears 🐻 everyday. They roam around the property. That was cool 😎 watching them! »

« We loved the quiet location, the beautiful rooms and bathroom! The beds are incredibly comfortable and room darkening curtains certainly allow for some extra sleep in the morning. I felt like I was being taken care of pre-covid style. IYKYK! There is a nespresso machine right in the room and a fridge for your leftovers, especially if you eat at Flapjacks! My teenage boys loved the stay too! »

« Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The hotel was in a great location, right on the trolley line, but secluded enough to not hear the noises of Gatlinburg. There was a lot of bear activity which was very cool. The staff and the restaurant were all wonderful and the pool was perfect for kids. We will definitely be staying here again. »

« The room was clean - we could smell the Clorox as soon as we opened the door, however the arm chair in the room needed a good cleaning-it was very stained. Some of the power outlets were loose or did not work. The water in the shower came out brown when we turned the faucet on but cleared quickly. The tub did not have any non- slip strips so we put a towel in the tub to stand on. The phone in the room did not work. The staff was nice but we did have to take our towels/wash cloths down to them in...

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »
