The layout is as follows: first floor featuring an entryway, a large living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine), a comfortable living area with two sofas offering a reading nook next to the stove, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with two twin beds that can be pushed together. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, also furnished with 2 single beds that can be pushed together, and a shared bathroom. The outdoor area consists of a seating area, a patio table for al fresco dining, a barbecue, and the pool. The entire courtyard is private and reserved for our guests. NOT INCLUDED: -Security deposit of €400: air conditioning meter reading upon arrival and departure (€0.30 per kWh consumed) and waste recycling (-€50 if not recycled properly). -Tourist tax: €2 per person per night for guests over 16 years old from May 1 to October 31. €0.50 per person over 16 years old from November 1 to April 30.
