« Le personnel est très/trop attentionné, on nous a téléphoné à 10h30 pour nous dire qu'il fallait quitter à 11h... Une première parmi les 20 hôtels/motels que nous avons visité. Le secteur n'est pas pratique si on veut utiliser le transport en commun, c'est plutôt loin des coins intéressants de Portland. »

« The room was spotless, bed and pillows comfy, shower very nice, and plenty of lovely towels, good temperature control. Front desk was very friendly and courteous. My only complaint is that there are not enough valets to fetch cars, especially considering the very steep price- plus tips of course, as it's not the valets' fault. Otherwise, the property was perfect. I would definitely book there again but probably would use a ride service rather than rent a car. »

« Tres bon emplacement a Portland, possibilité d’être à pied en hyper centre, personnel très efficace, pas de petit déjeuner, mais un excellent café et des cookies frais dans le séjour de l’hôtel le matin ! Excellent rapport qualité prix pour Portland. À noter : en restant 2 nuits, pas de service de chambre le deuxième jour, ce qui est un peu dommage..sans changer le linge, vider les poubelles et remettre de l’eau et du café aurait été parfait ! »

Easily one of my favorite places to stay in Portland. »
