"Our stay was wonderful! The condo was impeccably clean and the setting unmatched- scenery and views that felt like we were looking at a painting. "The hotel is beautifully designed, the food is wonderful, the staff are lovely. Two things let it down for me - the rooms do not have AC so our room was 26 degrees which made sleeping difficult. The hotel is on a main road through Cortina so having the window open to try and cool the room made things pretty noisy (which also made sleeping difficult). The communal spaces clearly are air conditioned so it feels like a miss to have not incorporated into the bedrooms in a hotel of this calibre. I heard other guests talking about the temperature of their rooms at breakfast (“sweltering”). The hotel did give us a fan but that only does so much. For late autumn/winter stays I’m sure this would be absolutely no problem but for September, it was just too hot and I left feeling not well rested after 4 nights."

"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."

"The apartment is very cute all wood very alpine vibe. it comes with two bedroom and two bathroom so everyone gets some privacy. the living room comes with sofa bed, easily to convert to a 3 bedroom to sleep up to 6 people. the window all has blackout blinds in all rooms. The kitchen equipped with everything you need and dishwasher. coffee machine comes with some coffee pods. there's a communal laundry machine with Landry pods free of charge, there's only one in the whole hotel so needs to wait for your turn. the apartment has a laundry rack so you can hang it on the balcony to dry. there's a hiking trail literally right behind the building. easy parking space with one EV charging station. there's a sauna on the rooftop but problem is that there's no towel, no water, no slipper to use. The staffs are very friendly at check in. we stayed for four days and got one house keeping service with all new fresh towels."
