"This is a perfect place to stay. Plenty of bedroom space, beautiful historic home, unbeatable location, and the decorations and theme were so fun. Perfect for families but even as a group of adults in our 30s there was so much to do and notice during our downtime moments, the thought and effort put into the home is very noticed. Debbie and Joe are also really wonderful hosts, they went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we could possibly need! Definitely 5/5 stars."

"We chose this house for the sole purpose of access to the Guadalupe River however the house itself was so cute! It was spacious and clean! Our host Megan was very responsive and friendly! She had all the necessary equipment for the river to include inflatables, kayaks, and standup boards. Great house I recommend for a family or just a girls trip! "

The house was very clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The location was great—close to local attractions, restaurants, and stores, but still quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect spot for our family to unwind and enjoy some quality time together.
