Bedhead is just left at top of the bed unsecured, so it bangs in the wall every time you move. The quality of the mattress is poor, seems like a very cheap quality that is sunken in the middle. BBQ gas cylinder ran out of gas during cooking on 1st night. When I called the office on Saturday morning, after-hours service answered. Jeniffer, who was rude & abrupt, asked me to get it filled myself from any gas station, as she said it was not an emergency. She also said that they don't check the gas regularly, even though we specifically asked for BBQ grill before reservation. After my insistence that we are on vacations and have paid for such services, she did get it replaced. Overall it was a poor response and service. ##### Akhtar H.
