This home is in one of the top locations in all of Sedona with views that you can't easily find anywhere else. The magnificent grounds of the property create an experience that is truly unforgettable and you will cherish for years to come. In the backyard, you'll find a large heated\* pool with attached spa that are perfectly situated to take in the breathe-taking views found on this hill-side estate. Enjoy the fire-pit with a cup of coffee on a chilly morning, prepare some delicacies on the BBQ grill for the group, or hang out on one of the many patios and simply take in the VIEW. The home comes fully prepared for your experience in Sedona. The kitchen has high end appliances and common kitchenware, all living areas come with comfortable furnishings and thoughtful design touches, and the bedrooms have high quality sleeping arrangements and professionally laundered linens. What more could you want? Walk right out your backyard to the Airport Vortex hiking trail - Skip the crowded parking at the trail head. Take a quick walk into town and grab a nice dinner at Mariposa grill. The view from the backyard is beautiful and the Spa/pool is beautiful! Pool heating had an issue when we visited . So we didn’t enjoy it much except for a sunny day. The owners were gracious enough to refund the pool charge because of the heating issue. It was in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor space was great. The host was attentive when a minor issue came up. We would recommend this home to others. Location, decor, furnishings, outdoor areas, kitchen, etc. The house contains everything it should. The management company was helpful. But several phone calls could have been avoided if the online house information were updated. The outdoor grill area needs lighting!
