« I waited 30+ minutes to check in and there was only one per in front of me. The room was clean but had a weird smell and the water tasted gross out of the faucet. The "so-called" free breakfast was picked over by 8am and was told they were out of coffee. Not that they couldn't make more, they were OUT period. We were just disappointed. »

« Lighting wasn’t great. Especially if putting on makeup.
Vending machine is drinks only. They sell some snacks but not anything great.
Tub was chipped which always grosses me out. Bed was AWFUL. Terrible pillows, terrible mattress.
But for a cheap motel, I didn’t feel like there were bugs or anything ridiculously unclean. Just not glorious. »

« Rooms were very clean and fresh, beds were comfortable and it was a great location. I had booked several rooms for family to stay in for graduation and ended up with one too many and both Expedia and Amanda at the Hampton were very helpful in canceling the one room and ensuring that I still had the others to use. Everyone from check-in to breakfast staff to check-out were very friendly, courteous and helpful. And, believe me we were a handful! »
