« Great location with a quick walk to the beach. The bedrooms worked well for my family with adults and littles. Only hiccup we had, was no instructions to access the property, but we contacted the owner and that was resolved quickly. The internet was an issue but again, contacted the owner and it was resolved quickly (modem name got changed by the vendor). Hands down, the best stocked kitchen I have seen yet!!! Loved every minute of being there. Note: There are stairs going up when you walk...

The chefs were fantastic. I'd highly recommend this property. As a frequent traveler, I've stayed in many luxury rentals and this was by far my favorite. »

« It was such a great place for our family of 6 to stay at the property and enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday. The property is beautiful and has a lot to offer for everyone. « The property was perfect for the gathering of our family to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. Plenty of entertainment for the teens and young adult and comfortable for the new mom and her 3 week old infant. Our favorite activity was walking the dogs down to Dillon beach where everyone could romp and play. The house had all the kitchen cookware, accessories and utensils to make meal prep and even elegant desserts quite simple. It’s unanimous we should try this again. »

« I stayed at Jim’s house during my wedding weekend with a few of my groomsmen and their partners. Big weekend for me obviously, and this house certainly contributed to it living up to the hype. We were welcomed with some snacks, wine, and a fridge full of beverages to our surprise—thanks again Jim! The property itself is beautiful, with great views of the vineyards and tons of areas to sit and lounge outside. The wraparound porch was awesome for hanging out too when we got bit too toasty...
