This property has been in our family for over 50 years. Built in 1943, this newly renovated house sits on a private fenced acre surrounded by fruit trees. It’s within walking distance to town, a short drive to the beautiful vineyards of Sonoma County or the stunning beaches of Bodega Bay. This fully furnished two-bedroom, one-bath house comes with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to make your stay enjoyable. You can relax on the spacious deck and outdoor dine on the patio table. There's a BBQ for anytime you have the desire to grill. For those trips to the beach, there's an outdoor shower to rinse off a fun day in the sand. The house is located on a private, beautifully landscaped acre, just a five-minute drive from downtown Sebastopol. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware, appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare meals. Lisa is a most thoughtful host and communicator. After our departure, she made special arrangements for us to pick up a few articles of clothing left behind.
