Spacious 3Br/2Ba\~Heated Pool, UV AC system with Optional Boat Parking \*\*Simple tranquility\~just minutes from the Ocean & Indian River\*\* This home features a complete Master Suite, with private tub and shower. There are two additional Queen Bedrooms with Smart TVs and a shared Bathroom. The living quarters provide a large open Kitchen and living room with pool view. This split plan offers privacy for the master and the two additional bedrooms. The pool area features a propane grill, pool loungers, outdoor furniture and a table set to dine. Beach chairs are in the garage. Perfect multi-family/couples arrangement! Guests that have booked are confirming that they (the primary booker) and any guests that are part of the reservation, are aware and agree to the following rules outlined below, the rules listed under the house rules section, as well as any additional rules listed in the listing description/additional information section: \-$100 per pet fee is required to be paid before check-in information is provided. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property. \-We will kindly confirm the number of guests and animals after a guest has booked. Confirmation is needed from the guest before access information is provided and before door codes are activated. \-Due to local city rules and permit regulations for vacation rentals, guests will need to contact the property manager at the number listed in the welcome binder for evening and overnight emergencies. As a single female traveler I felt very safe. The large covered patio and pool were perfect for July in Florida. Communication with the property manager was exceptional-friendly and helpful. We come to Sebastian 2-3 / year to visit our mother. I have learned when looking in VRBO to always look for properties managed by Eddie Nero - they are guaranteed to be VERY clean and as represented in VRBO. Eddie responds quickly to any questions or inquiries and makes sure that his guests are very well taken care of. This house is comfortable and well appointed. The pool area is lovely (though it was COLD like in the 40’s out all week so we only looked at it :-) the location is also very convenient to all things Sebastian! ##### Abbie A. Only suggestion is to replace bbq grill and install some type of handrail (suction cup or permanent) in guest shower. The location is close to beach and lagoon, we ate at Mulligan’s and walked in the adjacent park. We ordered food in one evening from Guisseppi’s Italian, both restaurants have excellent food. Little older finishes in some areas but clean at least and they are going to update those areas soon. Even so, it was very clean and the stay was great. I would return if ever staying in this area. The house was as advertised and described. The pool was very nice and we used it every night despite the cooler weather. Eddie was easy to work with.
