Unwind and recharge at The Beacon: a modern, three-story townhome located on a quiet street in the North Beacon Hill neighborhood.

A quick ride to the stadiums, downtown/Pike Place Market/convention center, Pioneer Square and the International District, while also being very close to First Hill medical centers.

Downtown and popular Belltown/Capitol Hill nightlife is just a quick ride, and the I-90 Trail and Mountains to Sound Greenway are only one block down the street.

Well appointed, stylish and modern. Thoughtful and comfortable design choices will immediately make you feel at home.

King-sized bed in the primary suite and queen-sized bed in the second bedroom. Comfortable and convertible sofa bed for that extra guest.

Ground floor:
-Entry area to take your shoes/coat off and convert to chill mode right away.
-Dedicated work-from-home adjustable standing desk, where you can make calls/work in privacy.
-Second bedroom suite complete with its own bathroom and private entry.

Second floor:
-Modern kitchen with top-of-the-line KitchenAid stainless-steel appliances.
-Dining area can comfortably seat 4+ with a couple extra stools for those larger group dinners.
-The most stylish, comfortable living room in all of Seattle Airbnb. Impressive 65" Samsung smart TV with streaming apps ready to go.

Third floor:
-Primary suite complete with vaulted ceilings, ductless heating/cooling, designer bathroom, walk-in closet and washer/dryer stack.

Rooftop:
-Bench area, gas fire pit and café table, flanked by outdoor plants, and surrounded by cozy outdoor lighting.

Sorry no pets. Strictly no smoking in the house. Check out at 11 am, check in at 4 pm. Can sometimes accommodate earlier check in depending on cleaners, but please ask first.

Fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, dishware & flatware, cooking basics, spices etc.

3 streaming TVs with Netflix login, dining table for 4+, convertible couch can fit one person, two in a pinch.

Free WiFi, complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash, keyless entry, towels & linens provided, hair dryer, hangers, iron & board, trash bags & paper towels

Great place but don't be even a minuteate checking out.
My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days while we looked at colleges. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and comfortable. However, the master bedroom bed is way way to soft. It is a memory foam bed with a memory foam topper. I'm sure some would like it, but for me it was just way to soft, the sheets were nice though. My daughter slept downstairs and liked her bed. The downstairs room is where she slept and the door to the outside did not have a deadbolt, which made me feel uncomfortable. The unit came with everything you could want in the kitchen, EXCEPT for no toaster which I found very odd. Hopefully he will purchase one for future stays. There is on street parking, which is fine. However, he has a parking space in the back that is blocked off for renters to use. It would have been nice to use it instead of having to park down the street where something could have happened to the rental car. Checkout is 11, and as we were packing up to leave the cleaning lady walked into my daughters room and scared her. She left without saying anything. I was finishing a work thing and we walked out the door at 11:11. At 11:22 Patrick called and scolded me for checking out 11 minutes late which I felt was uncalled for. I actually was going to rebook the unit for January but now will book something else. Overall I still gave the unit 5 stars, but strongly suggest you don't check out even a minute late.

We stayed at The Beacon for two nights prior to leaving on an Alaskan Cruise. We enjoyed seeing the sights of Seattle and this location made visits around the city very easy. The owner was very helpful and always responded quickly.

Absolutely amazing stay
