Check in and check out was easy. Fantastic location, I was able to walk to most things I needed. One thing to note is that there is no on site parking, but there’s some open lots nearby you can park at.
Comfortable room, excellent location. Full kitchen. Small bathrooms, by American standards. Can be a bit noise at night. Secure access. Older building but well maintained.

The check in was an easy process. I asked to leave my bags early and they were placed in an "office". It was not an office but a supply room. The communication with the representative was very good but there is no check in desk, its all through text. The room was a bit dirty especially the bathroom.
You cannot beat the location of this hotel. It is walking distance to pretty much everything you’d want to see in Seattle, and if you’re going further, the train station is super close by. Check in/out was simple and direct and staff responded quickly to any issues. Would 100% stay again.
Great place! Great for the price. Older, but comfy and clean, and in a great location. Very easy check-in process and consistent communication from provider.
No parking but I was aware of that, and there is well priced overnight parking one street over. Just what I needed, would definitely stay again.
No air conditioning, later than promised check in and the room smelled disgusting. On top of that listening the OLD elevator struggle to go up and down all night was painful.
Much like having a private room at a hostel. Its an excellent location for those wanting to experience the most of down town, but quiet it is not. The room was clean and nice, but the shower was very cold and we could hear the elevator all night. The internet was pretty spotty and unreliable, but having a kitchen was nice and it is in a great location. Just evaluate what you want from a hotel before booking.
There is also no staff. Kinda confused on that one.
Everything was perfect except the master bed. I feel a little more money could be spent there. Other than that, the location and price is amazing. Checking in and out was easy. Communications were perfect. Definitely on my top list of places to stay for the money. Bed wasn’t great, but a short stay it wasn’t a deal breaker.
So confusing and parking was NILL. Resembles a clean hostel.
