Johnny and all of the front desk staff were attentive and helpful. The building had a water leak floors above and they were quick to fix the issue. The unit doesn't have AC and fans were provided, one fan wasn't working and Vacassa had one shipped to the unit the next morning. Location was perfect! Check in and check out were easy. Views of the waterfront were spectacular. Unit was as described in the listing. Parking space being included was a plus although you could easily get by without a rental car. Was a little warm when we were there. The unit doesn't have AC but the unit did have plenty of fans. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Newmark Towers offers many amenities but we didn't really have time to use them. Front desk staff was very friendly. The only negative was that we never could get wifi. We were given a network and password that were non-existent. We contacted Vacasa, but they were unable to help us resolve that problem. The TV is very outdated. Could use an update. The amenities were good. The business center was nice to work. The pool was nice. The hot tub however does not bubble. The front desk staff gets FIVE STARS! They were wonderful. We felt very safe and we had a lot of fun. Target is right downstairs. As well as a nice coffee shop. And Hard Rock right across the street.
