The space
The space occupies the lower level of a Seattle home and is ~700 square feet having plenty of room for 2 or 3 people. A private, ground-level side entrance welcomes you to your home away from home.

The place was immaculate. There are 3 bus bus route to downtown Seattle. We like it so much that we recommended to our family for their next visit to Seattle. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

Great Location

This was a very convenient location. The apartment was very clean and the perfect amount of space for the 3 of us. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with things to do in the area. I would definitely recommend the adorable Madrona.

Clean and convenient

The place was very nice. Clean and modern, with great entertainment centers in living room and bedroom. The bed room was a little cramped with a queen bed, but the bed was very comfortable. Since we are in our 70s a grab bar and bath mat in the bathroom would have been helpful. I certainly highly recommend this Vrbo!

Great location and very clean

This is a nicely renovated basement apartment. Very clean and enough space for two people to have some privacy from each other as the bedroom and living room are at opposite sides of the apartment. The bathroom however is very far from the bedroom so if getting up at night to use it frequently is something you do, this may be a problem.When we stayed Seattle was 85 plus for several days, and it was rather stuffy. Unfortunately the bedroom window doesn’t open because of a noise deadening insert . The owner did not have any suggestions other than using the air conditioner. If you are not a fresh air freak, or are visiting during the many months when Seattle is cold, this may not matter. There is definitely some street noise as MLK is busy, but it’s tolerable. There is plenty of street parking , and the Central location was great for us with relatives in both the south and north of Seattle .There is a Keurig but no real coffee maker, and there is no cabinet space for food, so probably not for those who want to cook at home. Walking distance to very nice shops and restaurants on 34th Avenue

Perfect for a trip to Seattle

The accommodations are very nice and very clean! Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer & dryer are a plus:) The location on MLK makes getting around super easy and always had parking. Thank you, Grant! I plan to book here in the future!

Lovely stay

Excellent host, easy parking. MLK is a bit of a busy street, but we didn’t notice the traffic noise and it certainly makes for easy driving and parking. Really well appointed and thoughtfully laid out rental unit. The host was very responsive and the whole stay was seamless.
