« L’hébergement est situé juste à côté d’une épicerie, très pratique. Le tram n’était qu’à 5 minutes de marche et ne prend que 7 minutes pour se rendre au centre ville. La machine à café était d’un model assez spéciale, et on nous l’a remplacé immédiatement par une machine plus facile d’utilisation. Personnel très accueillant et très aidant. Je recommande cette établissement sans hésiter »

« Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful. Even though I explained I have a disability...
