« We stayed for a week with a family of 10. Enough comfortable space for all of us! The kids had a blast catching HUGE frogs and blue gill left and right from the dock. We also made use of the paddle boat and canoe. Short drive to all the 1000 Islands has to offer! Host was extremely helpful with area recommendations with quick responses. »

Loft 1 is situated by being tucked away in back away from the crowds & noise of Downtown Alexandria Bay & you can see the St. Lawrence river from the porch and if you walk just a little bit, you can sit on chairs by the river. « We just loved staying at this very comfortable, private cottage in the woods on hole 19! Great communication, well organized, clean and cozy! « The house was large and comfortable for our group of 8 adults and 1 toddler. The deck had a great view of the water and all the boats/ships coming and going. The kitchen was well stocked minus a couple things (no cheese grater/shredder or scissors) and we loved the 2 dishwashers which made cleanup so much easier! « This was our third year in a row staying here and it will not be our last. Amazing location, amazing property, always clean and comfortable. Its a short walk to downtown, you are right on the water to access your boat, and Carnagie marina is located directly across from the property, making parking your vehicle and boat trailer so easy and painless. The owners are always responsive and helpful. I cannot recommend this propery enough! We love it and look forward to coming here every summer. »

« We had an amazing time at the house! Stunning view and great sunsets over the St. Lawrence. We kayaked in the protected bay and made it out to a couple of nearby islands. We took a tour of two island castles, jaunted over to Canada for the day, hiked in the Thousand Islands State Park, and swam at the sandy beach at Grass Point State Park (with shorty wetsuits). An amazing vacation to close out the summer! Nearby towns of Clayton and Alexandria Bay were cute as well. »
