"The room was spacious, with an ok bed and a nice sauna. However, the room was not what was promised, and the staff wasn't there at all. First of all, we should have had a double bed and a sofa-bed, but only had two single-person beds. Then, the promised lake view wasn't really a lake view: it was a view across the yard with the lake in the background. The balcony table was so dirty the paper towel I used to wipe it turned black. "Et veldig fint sted, spesielt for småbarnsfamilier – og det var det mange av da vi var der. Hytta vi leide var helt grei, men til prisen kunne man forventet litt mer komfort. For eksempel hadde dusjene gammeldagse blandebatterier med separate kraner for varmt og kaldt vann – noe man knapt har sett siden 80-tallet. "We had an incredible stay at the Clarion Hotel The Hub. It’s the perfect base for a city break - modern, stylish and very comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect – so central, easy to get around, and convenient for getting to and from the airport. The breakfast was honestly the best we’ve ever had on a city trip, with a huge selection and everything freshly prepared. The staff were amazing – friendly, welcoming and really knowledgeable about the local area, which made our stay even better. The spa was lovely and provided a great way to unwind after exploring the city, and our room was very nice and well equipped. The only slight downside was that I believe someone tried to hack my Instagram account while using the free Wi-Fi, so it might be worth looking into making the connection more secure. Overall, a brilliant experience and we’d definitely stay again! "
